Snow in Whistler Just Keeps on Coming

Whistler, British Columbia has already received more than 26 feet (8 metres) of snow this winter season, breaking snowfall records and creating magical ski holidays.

The average annual snowfall at Whistler Blackcomb - ranked the #1 ski resort in North America by Skiing Magazine for the 10th consecutive year - is 33 feet (10 metres).

While much of Canada and other parts of the world are in the midst of uncharacteristically balmy temperatures, long-term Whistler locals are saying this is shaping up to be one of Whistler's best seasons ever.

Current ski package deals include the Monday's Free package starting at $383 Cdn ($342 US) for four nights accommodations and skiing, providing it's booked before January 31, 2007 for a minimum of four nights including a Monday.
