About Stephane Mouttet Mouttet was born in Montreal and moved to France at the age of 1. He grew up in Grenoble in the French Alps, where he lived until he was 19. After high school, Mouttet traveled in England and Spain to learn or improve the different languages and familiarize himself culturally. "It was a great experience," he recalls. He then moved back to Paris, where he attended the International Concierge Institute for a year. After graduating from school, he went to London to work at the Gloucester Hotel as a concierge. He had to resign from his job a year later to enroll in the French Army, which was mandatory at the time. After a year in the army, he moved to Vancouver and found a job a week later at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver, where I worked for almost four years and then tranferred to the Four Seasons Yorkville as Assistant Chef Concierge. He moved back to Vancouver in April of 1996 and has been working at the Pan Pacific for now nine years. About Raymond Wong Born and raised in Vancouver, Raymond Wong has always aspired to a career in the hospitality industry. Upon graduation, Raymond embarked on his career path, working with major notable hotel chains, including Four Seasons, Hyatt, Pan Pacific - both domestically and internationally. His hotel experience spans from Vancouver, Whistler, the Canadian Rockies to Switzerland, Japan and the Cayman Islands. Raymond first joined the Pan Pacific Vancouver in 1989 as a banquet server and soon found his calling as a Concierge. He left the Pan Pacific Hotel in 1992 to pursue his international experience, and after a ten year hiatus, he returned to the Pan Pacific Vancouver and does what he says he enjoys the most: providing Five Diamond service to well-traveled discerning guests.
