Charles Aznavour in Quebec City July 6 The Plains of Abraham in Quebec City are sure to attract record numbers of visitors this summer thanks to the 400th anniversary edition of the Festival d'été de Québec. The vast urban park will be the site of an outdoor concert headlining Mes Aïeux, Charles Aznavour, Lynda Lemay, Fergie, Yes and Linkin Park from July 3 to 13, 2008.
