American Airlines Begins Service to St. Kitts & Nevis from New York

Starting November 18, 2007, American Airlines will fly nonstop from New York to the two-island nation of St. Kitts & Nevis.

Flights will originate from JFK and deliver vacationers to Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw International Airport (RLB) in St. Kitts. From there it is only a short private water taxi ride to sister island Nevis and Nisbet Plantation.

To celebrate, Nisbet Plantation Beach Club is offering any guest flying into RLB free private water taxi transfers from St. Kitts to Nisbet Plantation.

“Many of our guests insist that arriving by water is the most scenic and romantic way to arrive at one of the best hotels in the Caribbean,” says Glen Hurd, General Manager of Nisbet Plantation Beach Club.

Nisbet is extending this offer to any guest flying to St. Kitts — not just those arriving on the new AA JFK service. Guests must book at least seven nights and stay between November 19 and December 19 to receive two round-trip transfers on Nisbet’s private water taxi. The free water taxi transfers are a $400 value.

The new American Airlines route will be served twice weekly, with Boeing 757 flights each Wednesday and Sunday.
